Another Day at the Office
Though I don't wear a tie to work every day, I
do put on a suit before my workday begins. The
pressure of business plans and budgets doesn't
weigh on me heavily, but the weight of my belt
drags me down. I don't deal with the hot air of
sales calls, but hot air bubbles out of my own
mouth. Paperwork doesn't threaten to drown me,
though I strive to avoid drowning every day. I
don't take calls from demanding clients, but my
clients would probably demand a lot if they were
human.
Just another day at the office.
